Straight answers before you place an order
Factory strength, customisation, MOQ, certification, lead time and payment — the twelve questions we are asked most often by buyers outside China, answered without the sales padding.
Are you a factory or a trading company?+
We are the factory. We have been making ratchet straps, webbing slings, trailer straps and webbing for more than a decade in our own 8,700 m² plant, where weaving, dyeing, cutting, sewing, testing and packing all happen under one roof. You are welcome to visit, or to take a video tour if travelling is not practical.
Can you make the products to our own requirements?+
Yes — OEM and ODM are our normal business, not a side service. Specification, length, width, colour, printed logo, hook type, label artwork and packaging can all be produced to your requirement.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
It depends on the item and how far it differs from a standard product. Popular sizes usually start at 50 pieces or sets. Tell us the item and quantity you have in mind and we will give you a realistic starting volume rather than a number designed to end the conversation.
How do you guarantee quality?+
Every production batch is sampled and pull-tested to destruction before it is packed, and the result is filed against the batch number that appears on the strap. The factory runs an ISO 9001 quality system, and products are made to EN 12195-2, EN 1492-1 / -2, AS/NZS 4380 and ASME B30.9 as applicable.
What is the usual lead time?+
Typically 10 to 50 days depending on quantity and specification. Peak season (usually August to November) runs closer to a month of production; the quieter months are often around 15 working days. We will give you a dated commitment with the quotation, not a range.
What payment terms do you accept?+
L/C and T/T are both standard. Other arrangements can be discussed once we have a production history together.
Which international certifications do you hold?+
The factory is certified to TÜV CERT DIN EN ISO 9001. Products hold CE registration under the EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and TÜV SÜD GS approval, and are manufactured to EN 12195-2, EN 1492-1, EN 1492-2, AS/NZS 4380 and ASME B30.9. Every certificate is shown in full on our certifications page.
Can I get a sample before ordering?+
Yes. We supply samples for evaluation before volume production, and the sample cost and freight can be discussed with your sales contact. For custom items we submit a first-article sample for approval.
What trade terms and ports do you work with?+
FOB Ningbo or Shanghai as standard. CIF, CFR and DDP can be quoted. We handle the export documentation and booking in cooperation with your forwarder or ours.
How do I identify the capacity of a lifting sling?+
By the international colour code: purple 1 t, green 2 t, yellow 3 t, grey 4 t, red 5 t, brown 6 t, blue 8 t, orange 10 t. The figure is also printed on the label together with the working load limit and the standard.
Can we customise the webbing colour and print our logo?+
Yes. Multi-colour webbing including camouflage, woven-in logos and printed logos are all in regular production. Send a colour sample or a Pantone reference and we will dye to match and submit a swatch for approval.
Which countries do you export to?+
Our products are exported to more than 49 countries and regions across Europe, North America, Oceania, South-East Asia, the Middle East and South America. Europe accounts for roughly half of our shipments and the United States around a fifth.
