Quality backed by certificates, proven in every batch
Every step from yarn intake to final cartoning has its own check, its own record, and someone responsible for it. Here is exactly how your order is made.
Incoming yarn
Polyester yarn is checked for linear density and tenacity before it goes on the loom. A bad yarn batch is rejected at the door, not discovered in a finished strap.
Weaving
60 weaving machines run to set width and pick density. First-off samples are measured against the master specification every shift.
Dyeing & printing
Colour is matched to an approved swatch under standard light. Printed logos are checked for registration and legibility.
Cutting & sewing
50 sewing machines with programmable bar-tack patterns. Stitch length, thread type and seam position are fixed in the pattern, not left to the operator.
Pull testing
Every production batch is sampled and pulled to failure on the test bed. Results are recorded against the batch number printed on the strap.
Final inspection
Assembled straps are inspected for hardware finish, webbing damage, label accuracy, length and packaging before cartoning.
Certified & patented
Original certificates issued to Zhejiang Jingli New Material Technology Co., Ltd. — 1 invention patent, 13 utility patents and TÜV GS / CE certifications. Click any certificate to view it in full. Copies and test reports are provided with quotations on request.
CE
CE Declaration of Conformity for lashing straps to EN 12195-2 where applicable, supplied with the shipment on request.

If something is wrong, we can find out why
A batch number is printed or attached to every strap we make. It links the finished item back to the yarn lot, the machine, the operator, the shift and the pull-test record. If a customer ever reports a problem, we can trace the exact production run within a day — and fix the cause, not just the symptom.
- Batch number on the strap and on the carton
- Retained reference sample kept for 24 months
- Pull-test record filed per batch
- Corrective action report issued for any non-conformance
Third-party inspection welcome
Many of our export customers use SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or their own QC team. We are used to it and we schedule production so an inspector can see the run, not just the finished pallet.
| Stage | What can be inspected |
|---|---|
| During production | Weaving width, sewing pattern, hardware fitting |
| Before packing | Pull test, labels, lengths, workmanship |
| After packing | Carton marking, quantity, container loading |
